Revelation

Caitlyn the aspiring singer finally found her mentor. She was very great full lady luck had done her well;just imagine a music industry insider was now her mentor. This was the person she aspired to be associated with and now Caitlyn had her has a mentor.

Re-evaluating  her motives Caitlyn was some what disappointed to find deep down just how important the association was to her. she paid little attention to the section of her brain that craved the public profile a high power mentor would bring.with re-evaluation came revelations a part of her was content with seeming to be Successful.A part of Caitlyn Brown would be just fine giving the world impressions of the success she desires.

One of the great benefits of taking a step up is you finding out things about your self.Dark corner becomes exposed and some people call that Phenomenon growth.
 

Seek and he shall find

Troding  through life searching for the self, taking many selfies , but still searching for the self. What a day what a joy full reunion between  the I and the I. Finally finding heaven in your Heavens.

Entrepeneur

I work full time and pursue may dreams part time. Is that really possible? If one is fully consumed be a burning desire like your goal should be ,it will be hard to get it off your mind.

Thinking and pondering with out action is a waste  of time, it is still very important for your goals to fully infect you mind .In this case action is key.

Working hard at ones job is very important,but sometime it seems like a joke. In some cases after increasing out put one has to beg for increased pay, meaning there is no coriliation  betweet   output and compensentation.

Manifesting ones truth becomes a matter of life or death of ones dreams and aspiration. 

Taking Notes

The Dry Irish Stout have now been bottle  conditioned for two weeks, I have tried a bottle and the results are in.

           This is the second beer been  brewed by BlueIguana Home Brewery and there are some lessons been learnt.Like the Trappist Monks I am going to schedule three weeks for bottle carbonation not two as is recommended by the instruction in the small batch kit.After the three weeks carbonation I will cold crash the brew in my refrigerator for another week to achieve some amount of clarity.

              This four week conditioning will also enhance the flavor profile of the beer.I have not achieved significant head retention on the two beers I have  brewed thus far , the Red Irish Ale and the Dry Irish Stout.I now know for sure that Home Brewing is beer schooling.

This is my Brewed story

At fifty plus I am starting a new sub segment of my life or maybe all I did was press refresh . We all know that even with the best Web 2.0 designed software ,the ability to click refresh is invaluable.I find this feeling I am experiencing very intresting . Wanting to do something at the highest level and admitting to ones self that one posesse limited knowledge on the particular  subject matter took me some time .I am fully a where of the need to start the journey to excellence from scratch.Sometime I question my  ability to acknowledge and accept  the fact that there are areas of my life were there is a need to press refresh.

This humbling acknowledgement of the need for a reset,resulted from my love for home brewing and writing.While at the same time realizing I had not mastered niether of the two,I am on a mission to master both.Home brewing through practice and study,while at the same time improve my writing skills through documenting my journey from home brewer to pro brewer. My writing skills should also by impacted positively by the work I now do has a Google Local Guide. I am building up to be a full blown Travel Blogger.

Beach Day

Warm water,hot sand,cold beer I am at Great Bay Beach .Visitor ,locals vendors,sun bathers all enjoying pulsating reggae music. I must try the roast corn,the roast fish,the roast yam all goes well with BlueIguana Homebrew beer.

Rest recharge work tomorrow,yes my important 9 to 5 Which ensure my wages .I work on my dreams in my off work hours, but not today this is beach day rest day.

Fermenting The Writer

I am the Author of This blog and Jamskyearth.com  also the Head brewer and bottle washer at BlueIguana Home brewery.Has someone who is inspired by Seth Godin and Gary vee, I accept that there is no Such thing as writers block and I should be telling my truth. I will be creating content but more importantly I will documenting my Journey to becoming a better practitioner of both crafts brewing and writing. 

In my ferment-er right now is a one gallon batch of Dry Irish Stout,this is the second beer I have brewed, the first was a Red Irish Ale .I have some great pics of the brew process  on my instagram page .The great thing about this journey is every step of the way is a important learning experience.Like the very active fermentation I had in first two days with the the Irish stout. I work hard to learn,while I learn to work hard. 

Vintage Brew

With Years one get prospective over ones life in a meaningful ways, that is if one is ready to do a Thorough and honest inspection.  what I have just described is different from retrospection, in my mind retrospection would suggest a more romantic way of looking back over ones life.

I have heard motivational speakers advice their audience to act the part.meaning they should think and act like the person they want be.on a certain level this is very sound advice because it encapsulates manifesting things into ones live.There is also another important para-dime to be considered, it is very important to know where you are in scheme of things that is in relation to where you want to be.

The great Gary vee preaches self awareness ,I am a devotee .Knowing who you are as oppose to who you want to be is very important.Knowing  who you are allows one to play to his or her strengths. 

Brewing up my Marketing Game

Gary vee has an interesting approach to selling his stuff,simply content is king.Give your audience the best available information on the subject matter .  Never ever be a content meiser, if you don't give it some one else will.

Where I am coming from that's radical I mean really insane. My old way of thinking was to hide all the good stuff (usefull information) and only take it out when I was trying to make a sale.That's not the strategy I will be using going forward. I will be using Gary's book "jab jab jab right hook"as my guide.I think I should mention Gary is one of the best Internet marketer of all time.The basic premise of this book Jab Jab jab Right Hook is give give give then sell.

This give  give  give sell approach takes in account an understanding of human  nature .The reason social media is so popular is because humans are social creatures.The other reason I am taking Gary's advice is The book he wrote Call "The Thank  You Economy".Doing the right thing and caring about your customers simply sells.One way You can achieve this is by following all your customers on social media .The knowledge gained from social media will give you a greater insight into life of your customer.what do you do with this infomation? You use this information to better serve your clients real need and tactfully address their real concerns.The internet/social media caused the death of privacy so we now have the unquine abllity to really know our customers.Customer service should have gone through the roof world wide it has not.

Since the death of privacy have not trigered the better servicing of cients needs globally maybe this is oppertuiny for me to be in the words of Les Brown "be the one".I am the one..

Balanced Thought

Today while driving through Middle Quarters in the Parish of St. Elizabeth I got an idea.The idea was simply a way to improve an existing product. I was energized  because that is the stuff fortunes are made off.The actual idea was not earth shattering ,it was just an idea, implemented good ideas create monetary value. 

In many instances we think we lack money when what we really suffer from is been void of ideas.what is one idea worth , one Facebook, a submarine, one Microsoft, a car.  stuff are made of thought, ideas come from thought.

All challenges lies in materializing and implementing  ideas, that's why I am a great believer in mentors. In my mind mentorship is the key to success.

The Brewer As Local Guide

Part of the reason I started this blog is that I am a Google Local Guide.In this capacity I am mainly concerned with improving Google Map though my contributions.Submitting picture and reviews of places I have been is a important part of this process.

This blog will seek  in part to tell a little more of the story behind the locations .This begs the question is this a travel blog? In part yes  it's that and much more ,because I will be disseminating some of my views and opinions on a variety of Topics

For the sake Clarity I will give a insight in the operations of Petrol Stations which in my reviews are described has been opened 24 hours a day. Operations at some of these Petrol Stations are scaled back considerably let's say at around 10 :00pm nightly. Traveling around Jamaica one gets use to seeing the uniformed pump operators on the job at the Petrol Stations.For the most part these Pump Operators hardly work past 10:00  pm. After this hour most of the Petrol Stations become self serve.In some instances they also scale back the operations of their convenient store and or cafe'.Those Stations which do scale down do so for two main reasons security concerns and decreased demand for their product.one needs not worry as it's never hard to find a Petrol Station with a well stocked all night Cafe'.
